How It Works

STEP 1 : BROWSE

Check out our collection ranging from kids to adults from 10 ºC to sub zero temperature.

STEP 2 : TRY-ON

Book free try-on at our warehouse for fit check

STEP 3 : RENT

Choose your rental dates. Your first booking day is the day you receive the item. Your last booking day is the day you return it to us.
Example Rental Period:
• Booking date : 12 – 28 December
• Delivery Date : 12 December
• Return Date : 28 December
• Total duration : 17days

The latest booking is 7 days prior to the booking date.

STEP 4 : COLLECTION

• Choose collection method : Self Collection or local courier
• If you opt for local courier, you'll receive a tracking link
• All products arrive professionally cleaned and ready to wear.
• On the day your products arrive, please try them on. If you have any issues with size, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
• If your Booking date is arranged at least 3 days before your travel date, we can provide a replacement (subject to availability).

STEP 5 : TRAVEL

• Enjoy Your Trip: Pack your bags and enjoy your adventure!
• Share Your Experience: Tag us on Instagram at @winterbuddysg to share your adventures.

STEP 6 : RETURN

• Place the products in the provided reusable bag.
• If you opt for self return, please drop it at our warehouse on the last day of your booking.
• If you opt for local courier : Seal the bag and attach the pre-paid return label securely inside the address window (both are included in your package).
• We will collect the bag from your doorstep on the last day of your booking.

DELIVER FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

We charge a small amount of service fee SGD 25 to cover the delivery and return cost.
Security deposit will be returned back within 5 working days after the rented products are returned in good condition.

Wear & Tear Policy:

a) Minor wear and tear is covered with free repairs.
b) For significant damage, loss, or theft that affects other customers, you may be charged up to the full retail value for replacement.
