We make winter travel easy! Your rental jacket will be clean and ready to wear. Pick your delivery /first booking date 3 days before your trip so you can make sure that the items are suit you and have buffer time to exchange if things are not quite right.
Easy Returns
Done with your trip? Simply pack the jacket in the provided return bag. If you opt for local courier, our team will pick it up on the last day of your rental date from your doorstep.
If you opt for self return, please return them to our warehouse.
No need to wash—we’ll handle the cleaning! Late returns may incur additional fees, so be sure to check our rental policy for details.

How renting works
- Book : Select the items, choose your rental dates, and place your order online.
- Collection: You can pick up your clean and ready to wear item from our warehouse or we’ll deliver them straight to your doorstep before your trip.
- Travel: Enjoy your winter adventure with premium warmth and comfort.
- Return: After your trip, simply pack the jacket in the provided return bag and drop it to our warehouse or we will collect it back—no washing needed!

Additionally, we ensure that each product meets our quality standards.
We trust that you will take care of the products like they were your own. In exchange, you can trust us to not charge you for normal wear-and-tear.
